Restaurant:Takinoya (Kimitsu City, Chiba). Food: I went to eat Jinenjo, a Japanese wild mountain yam known as a traditional superfood. Review: Unlike regular yams, Jinenjo has an incredibly thick, sticky texture and a rich, earthy flavor. Pouring it over hot rice with savory dashi broth is an absolute delight. It’s gentle on the stomach but packs a massive punch of stamina. The perfect meal to recover from days of heavy garage work!
